Larry came to us with 34+ years of experience in home building/remodeling, 18 of which were spent training, installing, and managing the production of a large gutter company. Larry Fischer resides with his wife, Amy, of 28 years and their 3 children. When he isn't smiling and boosting the spirits of everyone on the job site, he enjoys playing guitar, woodworking and spending time with his family.

Brian (Other Brian or as Larry calls him EB) has been a carpenter for almost 30 years. He ran his own business before joining the carpenters union. He then ventured off on his own again for a while until joining our team. His attention to detail and focused care about the project at hand is what makes him a great addition to the team (not to mention his quick wit). His time off is spent with his wife Sharon and their two boys. They enjoy watching the basketball and lacrosse games for their sons as well as camping, hiking, and kayaking.

Don does much of the plumbing and electrical hookup work for our kitchen and bathroom projects, though he isn't limited to just that. Don came on in somewhat of a midlife career change. His last 8 years have for the most part been spent as a Director of Facilities/Maintenance (6+ in ministry), with a background in finance, sales, a little bit of farming and a brief stint as a VP of Operations. Don and Amy have been married for almost 20 years and have 4 kids plus 2 international students (full house). His "free" time has been spent as a church elder, youth group leader, soccer coach, and basketball coach.

Christian is a newcomer to the company. Having just graduated high school from The Pilgrim Academy in Egg Harbor City, he was enrolled in the PATHS (Pilgrim Academy Technical High School) Program. He had the immense pleasure of studying under Mr. Peterson (yes, I am writing this Bio) in the construction class they offer. Christian is a quick learner, and hopes to learn the skills to build his own home and learn the world of construction.

With 18 years of experience in the trades (last 8 in management/ownership), Brian started Made Anew LLC. Having never been fully satisfied with the way other companies treated their employees and homeowners, Brian branched out with the mission "Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves - Philippians 2:3." His passion is in mentoring tomorrow's leaders; Brian helps teach the construction classes at The Pilgrim Academy Technical High School in Egg Harbor City, NJ, and is co-owner of Made Anew Ministries - Christian Counseling and Outreach. With his wife ,Erin, and daughter, Paige by his side, they enjoy camping trips, hiking, kayaking and (when weather permits) mountain biking between services on Sunday.
